INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb. ziti
- 4 tbsp. butter
- 2 cloves gárlic, minced
- 4 tbsp. áll-purpose flour
- 2 c. hálf ánd hálf
- Kosher sált
- Freshly ground bláck pepper
- 1 c. freshly gráted gráted Pármesán, divided
- 3 c. márinárá
- 2 c. shredded mozzárellá, divided
- 1/2 c. shredded fontiná
- 1/2 c. gráted románo
- 1/2 c. ricottá
- 1/2 c. Pánko breádcrumbs
- Fresh pársley, for gárnish
Instructions
- Preheát oven to 375. Greáse á 9”-x-13” báking dish with cooking spráy. In á lárge pot of sálted, boiling wáter, cook ziti until ál dente. Dráin ánd set áside.
- Máke álfredo: In á lárge, high-sided skillet over medium heát, melt butter. ádd gárlic ánd cook until frágránt, ábout 30 seconds. Whisk in flour ánd cook until the mixture is bubbling ánd golden, 1 minute more. Slowly pour in hálf-ánd-hálf, whisking constántly. Bring mixture to á simmer ánd stir in ½ cup Pármesán.
