Cheesy Gárlic Herb Cráck Breád is outrágeously buttery ánd cheesy with eách pull-ápárt piece ánd bursting with fresh herb ánd gárlic flávors. The BEST!
Ingredients
- 1 crusty sourdough or ártisán loáf
- 4 ounces (1 stick) unsálted butter, melted
- 2 gárlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 teáspoon kosher sált
- 1 táblespoon fresh pársley, chopped
- 2 teáspoons fresh rosemáry, minced
- 2 teáspoons fresh thyme, minced
- 3/4 cup shredded Mozzárellá cheese
Directions
- Preheát the oven to 350°F.
- Combine the melted butter, gárlic, sált, pársley, rosemáry, ánd thyme in á smáll bowl.
- With á serráted breád knife, cut the breád on á diágonál into 1-inch diámonds, being cáreful not to slice áll the wáy through. Use your fingers to pry open eách cráck ánd drizzle with 1 teáspoon of butter ánd á pinch of the shredded cheese. Don’t worry if you máke á bit of á mess.
