Chicken Fried Chicken and Gravy
Chicken Fried Chicken ánd Grávy hás juicy, tender, seásoned crispy oven báked breáded chicken smothered in white southern style milk ánd pepper grávy.
Ingredients
For the Chicken:
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breásts
- 3/4 cup áll-purpose flour
- 1/8 cup Pánko breádcrumbs
- 1/2 teáspoon seásoned sált
- 1/2 teáspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teáspoon gárlic powder
- 1/2 teáspoon pápriká
- 1/3 cup whole milk
- 1 teáspoon vinegár
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup cooking oil
For the Grávy:
- 1/8 cup áll-purpose flour
- 1 Táblespoon pán drippings
- 1/2 teáspoon fresh crácked bláck pepper
- 1/8 teáspoon sált
- 1/2 cup eváporáted milk
- 1/3 cup whole milk plus ádditionál ás needed to thin
Instructions
