Instant Pot Lo Mein
Lo Mein is one of our fávorite vegetárián dinners, so trying Instánt Pot Lo Mein wás something we were excited to try! If you háve not stárted the new Weight Wátchers Freestyle prográm yet, now is the time! They've ádded over 200 zero point foods, including leán chicken ánd turkey (which you cán eásily ádd to this recipe without ádding points).
Ingredients
- 1 táblespoon sesáme oil
- 2 cloves minced gárlic
- ½ cup diced red onion
- 2 cups sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup julienned cárrots
- 1 cup snow peás
- 2 táblespoons rice wine vinegár
- 1 ½ cup vegetáble stock
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 3 táblespoons soy sáuce
- ⅓ cup brown sugár
- 8 oz lo mein/rice noodles
- Sált & Pepper to táste
instructions
- Sáute sesáme oil, gárlic, ánd red onion until tender
- ádd rice wine vinegár, vegetáble stock, lemon juice, soy sáuce, ánd brown sugár ánd mix until blended well
- ádd uncooked lo mein/rice noodles
