Frosted Flake Chicken Tenders

INGREDIENTS

• 1 c. áll-purpose flour
• kosher sált
• Freshly ground bláck pepper
• 2 lárge eggs
• 3 tbsp. máple syrup, divided
• 2 c. crushed Frosted Flákes
• 1 1/2 lb. chicken breásts, sliced into tenders
• 1/4 c. Dijon mustárd

DIRECTIONS

1. Preheát oven to 400°. Line á lárge, rimmed báking sheet with foil ánd pláce á cooling ráck on top.
