Hamburger Steak Recipe

 This hámburger steák recipe is á greát meál thát kids will enjoy.

Ingredients

• 500 gráms extrá leán ground beef
• 1/4 cup breádcrumbs
• 1 lárge egg
• 2 cloves gárlic, minced
• 1 medium sliced onion, diced
• sált ánd pepper

OPTIONáL grávy 

• 2 cups beef stock
• 1/4 cup flour 
• 1/2 teáspoon Worchestershire sáuce

Directions

1. In lárge bowl, mix beef, breádcrumbs, egg, gárlic, onion, sált ánd pepper.
